At The Inner Bloom, all services are thoughtfully prepared, scheduled, and personalised. By purchasing any service, session, digital product, or offering through this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

  1. General Policy

All payments made towards services, sessions, digital products, support offerings, Tarot/Astrology/Numerology sessions, coaching programs, PDF scripts, email support, DM support, or manifestation-related services are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

As services provided through this platform are digital, personalised, time-based, and experiential in nature, refunds are not applicable once a booking is confirmed or a service has been delivered, scheduled, initiated, or reserved.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once booked, scheduled, purchased, delivered, or initiated:

  • 1:1 Coaching Calls
  • Safe Space Listening Calls
  • Emergency Calls
  • WhatsApp / DM Support
  • Email Support
  • Personalised PDF Scripts
  • Manifestation Challenges & Bundles
  • Tarot Readings
  • Astrology Sessions
  • Numerology Sessions
  • Any customised or personalised digital offering

Refunds will not be provided under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal dissatisfaction
  • Missed sessions or non-attendance
  • Failure to implement guidance or suggestions
  • Scheduling conflicts from the client’s end
  • Emotional expectations or desired outcomes not being achieved
  • Partial participation or discontinuation by the client
  1. Rescheduling Policy

For scheduled calls or sessions:

  • Calls may be rescheduled in case of genuine scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance through official communication channels.
  • If the Client cancels a scheduled call or session, no refund will be provided.
  • Repeated rescheduling may be declined at the discretion of The Inner Bloom.
  1. No-Show Policy

If the Client does not attend a booked session, call, or scheduled appointment without prior notice:

  • The session will be considered completed.
  • No refund, transfer, or credit will be issued.
  • The session may only be rescheduled at the sole discretion of The Inner Bloom.
  1. Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service
  • Technical error resulting in multiple charges
  • Payment successfully deducted but service booking not generated

All refund requests related to duplicate payments or technical issues must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction along with valid payment proof.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method only.

  1. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is reviewed and approved under the limited conditions mentioned above:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business working days
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking institution
  • Refunds will only be credited to the original payment source used during the transaction

Results, experiences, and outcomes may vary from person to person. No guarantees are made regarding manifestation outcomes, relationship outcomes, career outcomes, emotional healing, or personal transformation.
